exactly - jj is oc, rf s named oc - and learns the job and is groomed to take over when jj leaves

Ramon was horrible for us, he was so bad he is currently out of coaching as far as we know. The link below was our last known sighting. I am sure with a coach like Jones as HC, he would make Ramon a much better OC. But if it was me making the decision I would want a proven OC to get things started.
