Anyone think that JJ might have been using Hawaii as a negotiating ploy against us to get a higher paycheck out of Steve-O? I mean they did counter offer twice in 24 hours.

If we pay more, what are you going to do? Protest? We should be excited to get him.

We need a coach so badly that I don't care is we pay him over 1.7 million. And I don't mind him using UH as a bargaining chip as long as we sign him. I just don't want to be the school used again a la PJ.
