we beat the H-E-L-L out of TCU by 50 points to avenge 62-7 in 2000 and 44-0 in 2004. I know we handed TCU its only loss in 2005, but a good butt-kicking deserves one in return. Those games are etched in my memory like the '89 Houston game.

I'd like to do nothing more than wave bye-bye (middle finger extended) to TCU as we see it in the proverbial rearview mirror after passing it.

That and the year they got their only victory to keep us out of a bowl game... when we had about 10 RBs injured and played a fullback the whole game.

I tried to block as much of the Cavan era as possible from my memory. The 2000 game crept in, but you're right: '97 was a heartbreaker.
