Posted: Sun Jan 06, 2008 9:50 pmThe bad news is there's no mention in that article of a snag like needing to be released from his deal at Hawaii. It sounds like this is just simply a decision of whether he wants to be here or there.
The good news is that he's here, he's having dinner with SMU alumni and his agent says the SMU folks couldn't be nicer. We have the face-to-face sales job going on tonight while Hawaii has to settle for e-mail and phone calls. Either way, he's apparently going to decide tonight. I'm okay with that.
