The way to convince him to stay is to emphasize the salary increases and lower cost of living that the change can provide to his loyal assistants that follow him from Hawaii. Afterall, Hawaii has only offered him the salary increase and not his assistants. Plus it is doubtful that any improvements to the football facilities can and will be approved any time soon by the Hawaiian legislature given their mentality.
