I'm surprised that no one has commented on the elimination of the halo rule. That rule has cost us many yards over the last couple of years. Good riddance (or is it riddens?) One of the worst rules ever in college football.

Good point, Nacho - that halo rule was horrible. (Of course, perhaps my view is jaded because we got nailed for violating the rule so often, and it seemed like SMU's opponents never got called.) Wonder how many of our games might have turned out differently had that rule not existed.
