The SMU Mustang Club will host a "Field Preview Party" on August 12 on the third level of Gerald J. Ford Stadium. Fans can park in the Meadows Garage and enter at the Gate 2 elevators.

From 5:00PM until the end of football practice fans can gather in the club and watch practice and enjoy food and drinks. At the conclusion of practice small groups will be escorted down to the playing field.

Who all on this board of Mustang fans will be attending this cool event. I don't know about y'all, but sipping on a drink and watching the Mustangs practice sounds like a good use of my time.

I haven't heard anything to suggest it's not still a go. It should be a good time. Great idea from the athletic department.
