I am convinced, after the news conference and hearing him speak on the Ticket today, that he is just what SMU needs....I really liked when he talked about getting the players to believe in his system. Then you start to win and getting players in the right position...No question having players at the wrong position or not having your best players on the field is huge. Yet that is a problem with so many teams.
