Hawaii radio reports UH recruits will come to SMU if possible

They should be able to get some of them
3 star DB Steven Christian (California) got a offer from Villanova which is a pretty good academic school
2 star S Chris Banjo (Sugarland, TX) has offers from Navy and Air Force so he likely has good enough scores for SMU
3 star WR Attrail Snipes (Bakersfield CC, CA) was already a soft verbal before Jones announced he was leaving, has a fairly large group of offers so he is probably not a academic risk or legal risk
2 star QB Bo Levi Mitchell is from Katy, TX so I would say there is a good chance he ends up as SMU. Katy is a pretty good school district so academics are probably fine

After all that has been made of losing so much time in recruiting, stealing some of these UH recruits would really get the ball rolling as far as salvaging a solid class.

Talented QB's and WR's will begin to take notice - PT and huge stats are there for the taking...

Would be happy with any of them, Christian would provide a nice BANG for our D in a couple more seasons.
