I still feel like my dog just died after Sunday's debacle. Nightmare. Soul crushing defeat. I was fine yesterday just telling myself it never happened - staying away from ESPN, DMN, and ESPN.com .... but today... what a let down, and totally expected I might add. I was marginally relieved, maybe even happy when we lost to Philly - and I hate Philly - but I thought, phew, at least we got that out of the way before the playoffs.
But then how attrocious we looked against Washington.... it's not the fact that we lost, I really didn't care about the outcome, it's that the starters looked terrible.
Anyhow - SMU - let's hire a d-coordinator and steal some recruits!
(... And, uh, go Packers, I guess.... it's a shame the only two teams that I thought had a chance of beating the Pats both lost on the same day, merry xmas Tom Brady.)

There is one way the Pats can still lose.
LT heals up and has a PHENOMENAL game.

Hold on now...the Packers have looked pretty nasty...and Brett Favre might have a couple of more amazing performances in him...the emergence of Ryan Grant and Greg Jennings, along with Green Bay's very good cornerbacks and a rejuvenated Favre might be enough to give the Pats and Brady a good tussle. Not likely, but it could be done.
Ryan Leaf 2.0 (Philip Rivers) doesn't have a chance of beating Brady & Co., even with LT2.
Let me explain something to you. I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me.

My man crush on Brett Favre has grown to such a level that I am getting a little concerned about myself.
