I really liked how he emphasized that he really likes to teach as much as possible during spring practice. After losing to defensive players for the season last year, I would think that there needs to be a better balance of physical drills and fundamentals. The most important thing is for them to have as firm a grasp as possible on the offensive and defensive schemes.
