Good for PBI hope PB tears up the BE at Pitt. He deserves some success to finish his career.
Sam I Am
No wonder why he turned down Marshall. Better gig for him. Hope it goes well for him. Wonder if his wife is going to remain in College Station.
Good for him. Good for us. Even better than him going to Marshall. 1100 miles away. different conference.
Good for PB. I don't think it's a better situation than Marshall though. The AD is a total [deleted]. Wannstadt is terrible. Even if they win, they will probably get fired. (The AD is the guy the fired Frank Solich after a 9-3 season.) He has also previously driven the Pitt program into the ground before he did it to Nebraska, so I don't have much faith that Pitt will have a lot of success re-hiring him as AD.
They did it the week before they brought back their old AD after he got canned at Nebraska. I'm sure they wanted to make it difficult for him to fire the coach. (Probably budget issues that would make it impossible for him to run the athletic department if he buys out the contract.) But I totally agree, he actually should have been fired, even after the upset.
Those two do look like they were separated at birth. Uncanny. /No Hate. Just Facts. Occasional sarcasm.
they extended Wannstead because he was having a helluva recruiting years after bringing in one of the best RBs in the country last year. Only idiots judge college coaches before Year 4-5. He is absolutely getting the job done in recruiting and has had classes ranked in the 20s in each of the last 3 years. He is building the program which will soon become obvious. Didn't they upset West Virgina or somebody in the last game. As for Bennett I'd much rather have him at Pitt than at Arkansas who has disappeared from Texas recruiting this year.
Congratulations, Coach. Best of luck up there.
Plagiarize!
Let no one else's work evade your eyes. Remember why the good lord made your eyes. So don't shade your eyes, just Plagiarize, plagiarize, plagiarize! (Only be sure always to call it, please .... "research.")
Both should always be photographed from a distance.
