OT: Why was Keyshawn wearing a scarf?

I realize that it gets colder at night in Arizona, like maybe in the 50's this past week. But why in the hell was Keyshawn wearing a scarf during the coverage of the Super Bowl?

The 2nd question is, could he have found an uglier one?

What an attention hog.
