Does anyone know these Knuckleheads guys?
I could sweat I just saw one pushing a cold/allergy medicine on a commercial.
Am I hallucinating?

I could sweat too!

Well considering they are both actors in NYC there's a good chance. Not a great chance, or rather, not as great a chance as there once was as not as many commercials are done in NYC as there used to be.... but, that being said, I wouldn't bet against our 'Heads!!!

(Many national spots are shot in, believe it or not, Dallas - with LA talent.)

It is indeed Knucklehead Mike. His ugly mug can also currently be seen plugging Pepcid AC, Swiffer, Edward Jones, and many other things that no one will ever buy. People have been known to cast him just to make him be quiet.
