Last night's scrimmage, and next weekend...

1) Isn't defense supposed to be ahead of offense at this point in the season? If so, how is Bartel putting up solid numbers every time? I wonder if it is an indication of how strong he is progressing, or how week the DBs are?
2) Did Massey not play in the scrimmage either? I would guess that if Williams is ahead of him on the depth chart, that we are looking at a redshirt. Especially if he didn't see a lot of PT even though KK was held out.
3) Did Desmond Jones bring himself back into the forefront last night? In my opinion, either him or Bonds is redshirted, and from the reports it looks like he is back in contention to get in the rotation?
