SMU
The class is heavy on ... Skill players. Surprisingly, considering June Jones is taking over, the Mustangs brought in a ton of running back prospects. Most are small, quick backs, like Quincey Whittington and Bryce Lunday, who'll likely be moved to receiver right away. Three decent wide receivers were brought in, but the two best targets might be the tight ends, Taylor Thompson, Kevin Grenier and Andrew Ellison. Considering Jones doesn't use a tight end, they could end up being big wide receivers or get moved to the defensive side. Bo Mitchell and Braden Smith have to show Jones early on that the star quarterback of the future is on the roster.
The player who'll someday be a really big deal ... QB Bo Mitchell

in his defense, he does say in the same sentence, that the running back prospects (meaning they were RBs in HS) will be moved immediately to receiver. ALSO says that the TEs will be moved to either receiver or DE.
