No. It's at the bottom of the story. But looking at and actually extending these series makes you think kinda sorta. And extending the Baylor contract would be after a 3-year hiatus?

Baylor is one of the schools we should schedule as often as possible. It is always a good benchmark as to where our program is. To date its been that w've stunk.

I like playing Baylor. A wimpy BigXII team, somewhat on par with where we should be.

I like playing baylor. Natural rival. 90 minute drive to an away game. good barometer of where we are.

Why did you choose a barometer of all things?

Plus, Baylor travels well. I'd rather play them then the Texas State or Sam Houston State or the Arkansas State we've been going against...get the attendance numbers up...

Baylor was always a great game even when we had great teams. Alot of friends and families were split for this game, a good rivalry.

We need to determine the barometric pressure of our program. We do not want a low reading as that would indicate stormy times ahead.

I'd be all up for playing the bears on a more regular basis. We should beat them plenty, and again raise the question just as to how in the wolrd they were invited to the big12

4 words for you: Ann Richards, Baylor alum

Definitely should have a home & home series with them at least once every 5 years. Would prefer us to mix up our OOC schedule with at least one big 12 team every year in the long run. Guess it depends on what our plans are with Tech. I want to beat those guys in Lubbock at least one time before we end that series.

Actually, it was Bob Bullock, who at the time was the Comptroller of Texas, threatened to withhold state funds from the Texas and Texas A&M education systems.
