We had a great turnout of about 75-80 people. The format and content was about the same as the Austin & San Antonio events. The one thing that really stands out about June is he doesn’t talk about his past coaching stints. I’m not trying to bash Bennett, but I got so tired of questions being asked and hearing how he did this at _____ and also this at ______. June talks about now and the future only. Nice change. He is very down to earth, extremely genuine, and knows a lot about our current roster. The question was asked about Willis and his future. This isn’t an exact quote but close, ‘Justin is welcome back but that is his decision to make’. He very high on our existing offensive personnel. Defense needs some changes but that won’t be difficult. He praised our new 70 year old special teams coach. He feels that possibly 15-16 kids in the recruiting class could see time next fall. Not definite but possible. He feels that Bo Levi is in that group but once again, not definite but possible. He exudes confidence but not in an arrogant way. He reminds me of a best friend we’ve all had along the way. Someone that you can trust.

OK…so if he asks me to drink the Kool-Aid…I will.

Thanks for the report, I would be worried about the Willis situation if JJ wasn't the coach, but since he is, all is still well with the world.

Nice update, thanks. Who ever would have thought so much would change in 71 short days?

Hey Mustang75, I appreciate the cell message! Sorry I didn't get back to you on Saturday, but this weekend simply got away from me.

I'll take Hawaiian Punch, thank you! No more Kool-Aid!!!
