Damn. Not a good week to be a Texas backup quarterback. Another very reliable poster on Orangebloods.com stated that redshirt freshman GJ Kinne is also transferring (apparently to Louisiana Tech). Kinne was an outstanding quarterback prospect out of East Texas (canton and then gilmer). His senior year he threw 47 TD's with only 1 INT!!! Maybe we can get in on the sweepstakes for one of these two guys.

Louisiana Tech? That would be a painful existence.

Hey at least he'd get to play. I think this kid would be a better fit for us than Harris (the other Longhorn QB who is likely to transfer). He was a very prolific passer in high school.

Where did his dad wind up after Morris left Baylor?

He won't transfer to Baylor because an intra-conference transfer in the Big 12 has to sit out 2 years.

Wait a minute Nostradamus. You're responding to my thread even though according to you I know ZERO about college football? Seems hardly worth your efforts.

I didn't mean I thought he would go to Baylor. I assumed his dad was no longer at Baylor and I thought he might go wherever his dad wound up.

I think he was referring to mustang1108's post

That much has been established.
