Posted: Fri Apr 18, 2008 9:49 amOK, I have a plan, in three years we go to a BCS bowl, when the large dispraportionate split is announced we file a suit...in announcing our suit we also suggest we will drop our plans to take parrallel action for the grossly uneven treatment we received in the application of the DP. At least we will get some people thinking about the issue...and we will be in a BCS bowl at last!

Posted: Fri Apr 18, 2008 11:03 amIt would still imply a grossly unfair imbalance...Georgia and the SEC got $10MM more that U of H and the WAC ($17MM vs. $7MM as implied by the article).
