Perfect time and celebrate Christmas with the Mustangs when they take on West Virginia.

I predict that we will be in this bowl but because the date is a secret we will miss it. Just our luck.

oh hell. Nothing to bring you down like 8000 souls watching a game in a baseball stadium. A year later we'll be reading a story about how much money it cost SMU to go to the bowl, and the bowl's name will be prefaced with "now-defunct."
I predict that bowl will do everything it can to have UCF or USF play in it every year for about 5 years.

I wouldn't worry about since I bet only CUSA East teams are going to play in this game/

According to this report in rivals.com per AP, with the addition of the St. Petersburg bowl C-USA will no longer play in the PappaJohns.com Bowl so C-USA is not gaining another bowl opportunity. The Big East will now play the SEC in the PappaJohns.com Bowl.
