Posted: Thu Aug 28, 2003 10:26 pmAt halftime, I'm not very impressed with Miami. Penalties, dropped passes, and the usual "look-at-me! ME! ME! ME!" Bob Fosse choreography after every play. They've given LaTech every oppertunity to stay in it, if the Bulldogs could only convert. This junk ain't gonna work against the bulk of their schedule. But gracious lord, are they fast. Mercy.

Posted: Thu Aug 28, 2003 10:29 pmI agree UNF. La Tech took one in the mouth and stayed up. McCown looks very good. I know he had a bad game against us last year but he will be a hand full this time around.
The most shocking development of the night is that the Boys are up 31-7 at the half against tha Raiders and Quincy actually looks like an NFL quarterback.

Posted: Fri Aug 29, 2003 1:56 amWell I watched both games, just flipped back and forth. After the 3rd quarter, Miami opened up the lead so I just switched to the NIU game. Very impressive upset, but Maryland is always ranked WAY too high every year in the preseason polls. People just have a [deleted] for Friedgen I guess.
