I'd suggest making your hotel reservations now. All the Hilton properties (Hampton, Embassy, Homewood) are full, as is Courtyard. Some of the other places require a 2-night minimum stay. The Holiday Inn, which was the team hotel last time (IIRC), still has some rooms. If you'd rather not wind up at Days Inn, Super 8 etc, you might not want to procrastinate.

It might help to offer them a degree in MRS...you don't actually have to provide it, usually just the glimmer of hope of getting out of Lubbock is enough to drive those women into a frenzy.

haha and then crush that glimmer of hope that twinkles in their eye as you tell them they lack the intelligence it would take to hold a conversation with and they should aspire to date someone from UNT

actually I believe Texas Tech does offer something like a home making degree (the relative equivalent to an MRS degree)

What's the point of a dedicated homemaking degree if you already have a CCPA program?
