The Rice game will be on ESPN, right? Does anyone know how to stream ESPN via the internet reliably (free or otherwise)?

Sure, cable.

Another option is satellite.

He is in Copenhagen, Denmark. They spend so much of their GNP on snuff that they may not have cable or satellite.

Since the game will be on ESPN, try ESPN360.com. http://sports.espn.go.com/broadband/espn360/index

try the houston affiliate by going through espnradio.com...once you open the live streaming window to online radio you can jump around from LA to NY to Big D anytime you want.

Hmmm, thanks. Looks like ESPN360 might be the way to go. Cable doesn't carry ESPN and I doubt that any satellite providers would here either, and if they do probably would be out of my price range.

That's a misconception. It's actually the Swedes that are notorious for such things. The Copenhagen chewing tobacco brand is American, not Danish.

Then I guess the money is spent on pastry.

Funny enough...

The pastries we call Danishes are actually called "Wienerbrød", or Viennese pastries here. There. Now you learned all you ever wanted to know about Denmark. 8)
