How has Banjo been looking out there thus far in seven on seven. He told me that with pads a lot of things would be different but he was still doing pretty good. How has he been looking to you.

I'll start with the same thing I've said on a lot of these posts — that it's very hard to tell too much without the pads and helmets and the guys knocking heads.

With that said, however, Banjo has been very impressive. He's one of several freshmen who physically just doesn't look like a freshman — he's very quick and a terrific leaper, and has very good quickness. He hasn't made every interception when he gets to the ball, but even by knocking down passes, he has made a ton of plays since the guys started these seven-on-seven sessions. He breaks on the ball well and has great acceleration when he makes the interceptions.

At this point, it's hard to tell much, but he looks like a very good athlete. I'm eager to see him hit some folks, and to see how he looks when there are 11 guys on each side, with pads and helmets.

Thanks for the question. Post as many as you like, and I'll answer what I can!

Okay then.... I'll just tell all of these pretty young SI swimsuit models that PonyPride is just too young for them. Pity, they were so ready to meet a man's man. Oh well, I guess I have casting couch for them. [sigh]

No, I'm the perfect age for them. Make sure you let them know that — I'm just their type.

And watch it, George. You've got more grey on the dome than I do!

I have a question for you, PP. Is Sanders still getting over 50% of JW's passes? And if so, are the other QBs favoring him as well, which would indicate that he isn't just Justin's homeboy, but legitimately the best passing target out there?

50 perent? No, he's not getting that many. These are drills where they run plays, and all of the quarterbacks do a pretty good job of spreading the ball around. Willis and Sanders obviously have some chemistry together after spending a redshirt year and two seasons playing together, but he's not throwing only to Sanders, by any means. I don't know if they're spreading it around because they're just looking for whoever's open, or if they're specifically saying "look for Sanders this time, then B.J. Lee, then Aldrick Robinson, then Bradley Haynes, then Zach Zimmerman..."

What I'd do to have much of anything on the dome. Or in it for that matter.
