It seems that years of stellar reputations can easily be lost. Who would ever have thought that Penn State or Paterno would be known for this?

i watched that OTL report last night...Happy Vally is not a very safe place for students not connected to the athletic department and more specifically the football team

just because he is old and dorky does not mean he is a good guy. This is not the least bit surprising about penn state or paterno. Winning a a high level means you have a certain amount of thugs - we will know when we are getting there ,when we have more of this same problem

I agree, this is no surprise. I always thought he was a slimy little rat. Maybe I'm jaded because I always hated State Penn and their practice uniforms, but he is the main reason I always disliked them.
Wait - it's because they gift-wrapped our national title and sent it to Happy Valley.
