I think that with Boise State and Hawaii making BCS bowls the past couple of years, the WAC gets my vote. Unfortunately, I think that C-USA comes in third

Its a toss-up between CUSA and the MWC. The WAC has a couple of great teams like Boise and Hawaii, but it also has Utah State, NM State and other punching bags. The MWC and CUSA have a broader balance to them. BYU, TCU, Utah, and UNM have individually had great years. The problem for them is that they tend to do it when the rest of the conference stinks. CUSA has had various teams win championships since SMU joined and generally few teams have managed back to back championships before SMU joined. Look this year at the western division, Tulsa, UH are deemed the favorites, but Rice, Tulane, UTEP and even SMU have a chance. In the east, USM, ECU and UCF will battle it out again for that divisional crown.

Well I guess this poll goes a long way in explaining how little many on this board know about College Football.

The WAC may have a couple of the best teams, but the bottom of that league is garbage. Week in and week out the toughest of those leagues will be the MWC.

I have to assume the votes for CUSA are sarcastic. I would have put CUSA in fifth place out of three if I could have.

With the exception of Boise State and Hawaii the WAC has nothing. Both those teams went to a BCS game cause they're only real game was against each other. #3 in that conference is like Fresno State.
In terms of best teams, CUSA is easily last. But if we go based solely on competition and stuff like that, I think CUSA is 2nd, maybe 1st. All these teams are pretty close to each other in my opinion. WAC and MWC are both 2-3 team races.

His vote didn't register due to a 'hanging chad'.
