2013 is almost an old SWC schedule. Just need to get either Arkansas or Texas in a bowl game.

Those are fantastic non-conference schedules. Well done SMU.

I see we have some school called UNT on the schedule. Too bad we couldn't renew the series with NTSU.

Did we extend our series with A&M?

Would be year 6 of the JJ regime (assuming he's still here). Would be a heck of a year to watch.

I thought the original A&M deal was a 2 for 1 deal with us only getting one home game out of the deal. Wanna bet at least one of those "home" games is slated for Jerry World?

I'd say every single one of those non-conference games except SFA have the ability to produce a nice home attendance and will be attractive to OUR fans. Bottom Line-very nice schedule. Good sign they are starting to get it.

I love that we are playing some big xii schools but when are we going to schedule someone from the SEC or ACC or PAC 10? how about Duke...that would be a pretty good game HAHA

I'm all for playing Missouri, but with the exception of last year, would that game draw much attention locally?

Wrong. Duke would never travel 10,000 to Ford.

I stand corrected-but seriously, every single one of these games WILL draw 25,000+. That don't happen very often at SMU folks. People in the stands, bands from both schools, spirited cheeriing sections for both schools-almost like real college football again. Most of the ACC, SEC and PAC 10 schools will never happen because those schools want 7,8, 9 home games, will demand more money than any porportional increase in crowds from the schools on our schedule or don't make any financial sense. Some of you are talking in La-La Land if you think those schools are coming to Dallas.
