Pads, Punting, and Percussion

I stopped by practice this morning. Took the opportunity to find my seat in the stadium and sit and ponder the upcoming season. Then I went out and watched TM punt. Good Gracious, it is magnificent. Its like watching a takeoff at Love Field. The ball spirals perfectly and he seems effortless, and yet the ball carries 60-70 yards.

Seeing the lads in pads was awesome too. Got me really excited (becasue before I was apathetic )

To top it off, as I was leaving I passed the Mustang Band practicing its formations.

I, ladies and gentlemen, am ready for some football.

That's actually video from practice of JWill learning to spike in the 2-minute drill. Not sure why he's wearing the black helmet, must be a JJ thing.
