If he would secretly change his name to Ramon Flanagan, he would have at least 5 years eligibility left.

We should be so lucky as to have another year with the great Ramon Flanigan. I'm sure Coach Jones and Coach Morrison will get whichever quarterback(s) they play this year ready to go, but when you think about it, what Ramon did at SMU was truly remarkable. Think about those records he set, and what they would have been with a better surrounding cast.

Wasn't Ramon granted an extra year for medical hardship when he was
injured in a first game of the season against Arkansas :?:

That has to set some kind of precedent. The National Corrupt Athletic
A**holes probably need to work on consistency.

I do agree they need to work on consistency. I know in-order to get a medical hardship, you must miss a certain amount of games. Considered he took advantage of the NCAA graduate transfer rule last year, maybe they are getting back at him now.

He redshirted in 03, played in 10 games in 04, played in 7 games in 05, only 1 game before his injury in 06 and played in all 13 games last season. He missed about a total of 21 games but only 11 of those were due to injury. So it will take a lot for the NCAA to lose this case.
