Bragging Rights

I found some schools SMU has bragging rights over-since 1995-not including 1989-1994

NOWHERE TO GO BUT UP
How far has Duke fallen since going 8-4 and reaching the Hall of Fame Bowl in 1994? The Blue Devils' .150 winning percentage over the past 13 seasons is the worst of any program that has maintained Division I-A status through that entire stretch. Here are the schools with the 10 worst winning percentages since 1995.
Team Record Percentage
La.-Lafayette 46-101 .313
New Mexico State 47-103 .313
SMU 46-102* .311
Eastern Michigan 44-103 .299
Baylor 42-105 .293
Army 42-106-1 .285
UNLV 40-110 .267
Vanderbilt 39-108 .265
Kent State 38-108-1 .262
Temple 29-118 .197
Duke 22-125 .150
*-SMU's record actually is 42-96 (a .304 winning percentage) if you remove the 10 games that were vacated in 1998 for use of an ineligible player. Florida International owns a 1-23 record and an .042 winning percentage in two years as a full-fledged Division I-A member, but the Golden Panthers didn't qualify for this list because they haven't been playing Division I-A football since 1995. Buffalo is 17-86, a .165 winning percentage, since joining Division I-A in 1999.
