Looking down from the cosmic helicopter, one can only laugh at the juxtaposition of the members of the Mustang Nation.

Let us review.....

At this time last year, the Kool-Aid drinkers were predicting bowl games and Kudos for the one with the mustache while those on board the Good Ship Mustang (looking down from the lido deck) were well aware of the icebergs in the area.

Irony of ironies, we now see that once proud Kool-Aid drinkers are predicting doom and gloom. Fellow ponyfans, once again this ain't rocket science, you don't pay $2 million for cow fodder. JJ has his bone fides. He is a proven commodity. As opposed to the last three coaches who never coached a down in Div I football, JJ has. Enuff said.

So to paraphrase the infamous Spiro T. Agnew..."All you "nattering nabobs of negativism," chill out. Let's see what transpires.
