Anyone feel free to followup - but I believe you should head to Pour House, which is at the SW corner of Third Ave and 11th Street, I believe.

Word is that they agreed to show it in the back room, with sound. Think they were promised like 40+ people so if you are in NYC, GO!!!!!

As for the $35 drink special, it's unconfirmed. But I would DEMAND we get the same deal as UGA if I were there!!!!

Isn't the Waldorf-Astoria offering it on the big screen?

Pour House is not confirmed for that many people. They've agreed to play the game in the "bull pen" with sound...which is basically a large booth that fits around 15. I'm fine with that but am looking at some other options because they have a DJ on Friday night and it's pretty loud.

I say scratch the booth idea.

Problem is it seems like most the New Yorkers are going out of town for the holiday weekend.

If there is enough interest I'm sure stobor would be happy to get something set up at another bar. There has to be a hole in the wall somewhere in NY that is willing to play the football game with sound. If not I'm sure stobor, will be happy to host a party at his place.

Oh and as usual Pony Soup has no idea what he is talking about. I think he is blacked out.
