TV/DVR Issue

ESPN rather stupidly only lists 3 hours for this game. If I am tivo'ing the game, how much time do I need to add to cover the whole game? In the past, and given the offense, I would think 2 hours, but with the new clock rules, I think 1 hour might be enough.

Thoughts? This is also a notice for those that are recording the game to watch later so you don't miss the end.

I set mine to record both the game and Sports Center that is scheduled immediately afterward. That should be good. Learned my lesson when I taped the last half of the Oklahoma/Bosie State bowl game and it cut off before any of the amazing heroics.

I'm going to the game..... but I set my DVR for two extra hours.... if that's way too long at least you get whatever coverage SportsCenter wants to give to the game as well. Probably pretty decent coverage considering there are only two college games tomorrow night.

I mean, this goes out the window if you are trying to time it perfectly so you can hang on to for a while. Otherwise just keep recording. Won't hurt.

I am DVRing the pregame show and then 90 minutes past. Not many college games go the allotted 3 hrs, and there is very little chance this goes only 4 hrs.

Yeah... I missed the final hole of the Woods mediate playoff even though I had recorded well over time.

Sorry about the whole Boise State thing.... one of the most fun viewing experiences of my life. I was happy I was watching as it unfolded.
