Betting this weekend
Posted: Fri Aug 29, 2008 4:00 pmGot off to a 2-0 start last night by giving the points with both South Carolina and Wake Forest.
Here are some of my other plays for the weekend:
Rice giving the points to the Pones -- I think it will be a high scoring game but believe the Clement to Dillard combo will be a bit much for SMU. Also, not real comfortable going with a true freshman under center.
Two others that I feel very strongly about this weekend:
Oklahoma State laying 6.5 vs. Washington State in Seattle. WSU was terrible on defense last year and OSU's offense, for some reason, is flying under the radar this preseason. I think this one will be easy money as the Pokes will roll.
I also like Tennessee on the road Monday night at UCLA giving 7.
One other game that I'm thinking about tomorrow is taking ECU at home and 9.5 to beat Virginia Tech.
Anybody have any games they feel strongly about.
