observing the last 10-15 years?!? out coached...undermanned...slower v. opp....turn overs galore...sort of like the dnc,,,,,i think i have seen / heard this before..VERY bummmeed. Long Live NEXT WEEK....

Did Rice have more talent? Yes but we did not get out coached tonight.
Getting out coached is when you have a chance to go to a bowl if you get into the end zone from the 1 yard line and your coach runs the same damn play all 4 downs.
That didn't happen tonight.

I do think there was clearly a talent gap, a size gap and a depth gap. Our offense looked good until BLM's arm got tired (except for run blocking). Defense was outclassed. Too small, too slow, no subs, and that led to getting outside of lanes and then poor tackling for lack of proper positioning. The defense looks about like last year's. Hopefully Jones will be able to recruit some folks to help out there. Need some Samoans.

Outsized and outrun by Rice. Makes you really look forward to that Tech game, eh??
For what ists worth - this game was a wake up call for the nieve that thought we could turn this in a year. The team that won just one game last year is not going to be turned in one season.
WE NEED SOME JUCO's - sign eight of em.

Its the same thing over the past 2 decades.
yes we did get outcoached, our players dont execute on half of the plays they play, we cant get a stop on D to save our lifes, no pressure on the QB, we dont force TOs, blah blah blah,
its 1 damn game in a new damn system. sure this mess happens every year but JJ will change it. just give him time
