Telephone Number for CSTV

I have been trying to contact CSTV Mustang All-Access to subscribe to their TV coverage for SMU football games. Does anyone have a telephone number for this service for the internet since I cannot hook-up to their website.

I have had a problem with them also. I connected via the smu.edu athletics site, but after they charged my credit card 4 times for one month's service, I still cannot log on to the site. I cannot find a phone number, but from that site you can navigate to a page that allows you, for what its worth, to send an e mail to their billing dept.

I just signed up for this service and received an email directing that any issues/problems be directed to:
[email protected]. I have not tried contact via this site. It maybe strictly technical support; however, it may be a starting point particularly if contact is after normal business hours or weekends.

As do I and the netcast is my only option here in socal.
So do we get a pregame or just wait til 5:00 PM (PDT) for the netcast to begin?
Everytime I click watch I get the same stupid Sheraton commercial.
