I think he had just faked a pitch to Martin and Martin is in the process of turning back towards the play.
(I am assuming you are talking about Martin standing there behind Willis.)

ok... i know the picture may be deceiving but it appears that he is flat footed and not going anywhere. The ticket said it was an option play but i wasn't sure (too bad all-access was down)...
