I'm not surprised, but it took a little longer than I thought for June Jones to figure out something to do with Justin Willis.

Jones has given him a package at quarterback and now the SMU is apparently giving him some time at receiver.

It only makes sense.

The Mustangs aren't nearly good enough to waste a talented athlete like Willis - one of the top five on the roster - by keeping him on the bench as a third- or fourth-team quarterback. Getting him on the field, however they do it, can only help this team.

Maybe we can try putting him out there on D as well, since fumbles seem to happen whenever he's around 8)

No offense, but given your tagline and glamour shot, you don't really get the benefit of the doubt on whether your anti-Jones comments should really be interpreted as just harmless jokey jokes.

We are putting no pressure on the QB. This is a major reason why our DB's are lost out there. Too much time for the QB = more receptions and and yards gained.
