Posted: Fri Sep 12, 2008 2:31 amNot with the new NCAA rules. Clock keeps running after an out of bounds play after ball is set for play except in the last two minutes. Under old rules yes.
Posted: Fri Sep 12, 2008 8:13 amEven with the new clock though, incompletions still stop the clock. Let's say there's 110 passes thrown by both teams, and 30% are incomplete. That's 33 passes. 30 seconds is 16 minutes added to the game there. Average NCAA game on TV is 3 hours. So, I'll go 3:30 minutes.
