Dumb time for UofH

Postby Nacho » Fri Sep 12, 2008 9:14 am

Dumb time for UofH game. SMU fans can't go to it and see the SMU game. Game should have started at noon.

Where is the parking for the UofH game? Do fans have to park across Central?

I've heard most SMU fans have watches and feet and can easily stand up and leave the stadium and go home or to a watering hole of choice before our 6 p.m. kickoff in Lubbock.

Crazy theory, I know. But it has been proven.

A lot of SMU fans are used to leaving a football game at Ford around halftime anyway. This precedent will serve them well in making the televised kickoff from Lubbock.

Unless the water drains out of the stadium in Lubbock, the Mustangs will be playing water polo instead of football on Saturday!

I believe they wanted to keep the TV spot unlike Baylor which lost their broadcast moving the game to tonight.

The sports section of the DMN lists the Baylor game on tv tonight on FSNSW at 7:30

I wish I could see the UofH game tomorrow. Good luck to the Cougs!

Game is at 10:00 now. Hopefully it won't be raining too hard.

That's what rain gear is for and I'll have mine.
