Tech game experience

Overall, not as bad as I was expecting. I was in the section next to the SMu section which means I was the only person wearing a SMU shirt. I am extremely tired of hearing several words after tonight. They are, in no particular order, raider, power, like, oh my god, facebook, myspace, I am so %^&* drunk, and go tech. Oh yeah [deleted].. I heard that atleast 500 times tonight.

Most of the students left at halftime and made the second half more enjoyable. We did get props from several fans who said there is no way they would have stayed at a game that was that out of control. These same people admitted that they were embarrased they didnt score more points and that they are worried that they will get blown out in Big 12 play. Of course I just went with it and told them they have a long way to go to beat anyone in the big 12.

On the bright side, I won 2 bets with the group I was with. The first is that tech would not lead us at half time by more than 28 points. Of course I won. We then went double or nothing that we would cover the spread. I admit I was nervous there for a few moments.
