Postby Pony_Fan » Mon Sep 15, 2008 9:16 am

I haven't seen anything on this: just got this email

Today, Monday September 15, 2008
National Sports Lounge
3606 Greenville Ave.
(just south of Mockingbird, next to Snuffer’s)

105.3 CBS Radio and the Ben and Skin show will interview
Coach June Jones beginning at 12:00 noon.
Come early and enjoy a visit with Coach and complimentary snacks.
Wait staff will be on hand to serve you
if you choose to purchase off the menu.

Said he called A. Robinson over after his TD, asked him why he was dancing around, told him to look at the scoreboard and said "Al, we are getting our [deleted] kicked.....act like you have been there before."

Jones just won my eternal admiration. I'm sure he'll be happy to find that out.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

He should dance around. Who knows when he'll get there again.

Good for him. More coaches need to voice that to their players.

It was a good time, the NSL is a really nice venue, and the waitresses wear very little.

JJ made a point, repeatedly about how bad our O played. Let me stress. He said it a lot. And SO was also saying that BLM made a lot of mistakes.

They know exactly what is up. I expect BLM to play a lot better this week. And certainly in Tulane.
