Hmm, if JJ was such a magiican and "doing it with mirrors" in Hawaii, how come he can't do that here?
i'd say the answer is, competition in the WAC isnt as strong as competition in CUSA. or maybe our mirrors are just broke.
It is three games people.....at Rice with a senior qb, one of the top wr in the game, and we started a freshman qb and lots of freshman played. At Tx. Tech with one of the top qb / wr in the country against a top 10 team. It has been 3 games. We play a tough TCU team this week that will likely beat us. The sky is not falling. We have a great coach who will improve our talent base and start winning. Calm down. Do you remember the mess around here with Bennett? 0 wins, 1 win, 3 wins, etc. Lack of recruiting in his last few years coaching and no national coverage with little local coverage. Again, calm down and relax.
We will as soon as we get instant gratification. ![]() Just send 'da money.
I was under the thought that our O-line has surpassed everyone's expectations, err, hopes so far this year.......now the rest of team.......... I'm such a sucker, I still can't wait for Saturday! I hope this weather holds out. THROW THE BALL MEAT! ![]()
Last time I checked, O-line hasn't been the problem... And it was actually four: Adrian Klemm - drafted '00 - Patriots - 2nd round Vince Manuwai - drafted '03 - Dolphins - 3rd round Wayne Hunter - drafted '03 - Seahawks - 3rd round Kynan Forney - drafted '01 - Atlanta - 7th round By the way, all still active in the NFL... Klemm was senior, Forney was a junior, and Manuwai and Hunter were freshmen in JJ's first year...Not sure who started and when...I'm guessing the freshmen were not playing...
