Posted: Thu Sep 18, 2008 11:25 amSMU might squirrel out and get some points, but TCU will dominate SMU's offense-probably as well as Tech did. Unless Brown plays TCU's running game is very mediocre. With Brown it has an extra big play dimension. TCU will chip away with short passing game-hitting the TE often. They'll throw in some option with Dalton. TCU is good not great on offense but they will make few mistakes which brings us to SMU's QB. There are couple of things that make me hesitant on picking the score in this game-like who TCU's RB will be but I'll go with a 38-14 game with SMU scoring a late TD against TCU's second string. SMU will get less than 250 yards total offense.

i honestly don't know enough about TCU this year to make an adequate prediction, but it is a rivalry game so you never know.
