What is our chances against UCF on Saturday ? They were blasted by UTEP on Saturday, so dont know if they are really bad or UTEP better than advertised. UCF has been outscored 123-61 over 4 games, they have ben out passed in yds 941-530, so maybe BLM can settle in and have a decent game. Should be about 45K in attendance. This may be the game earmarked for victory..Navy LOOKED strong !

Another road game, another likely loss. Perhaps the WRs will work on catching this week.

UCF is currently -14. we need to adopt the policy that if you drop passes you do push ups, even during games

We average 23 points a game, they average 15. However our defense gives up 43 points a game while theirs gives up 30. So, it should be more evenly matched than any of our previous games, and we have now had more time to learn our new system and BLM showed some flashes in the last game and will have a few extra days to prepare.

They are rated last in C-USA in O. While we are last In D.

I think we will win this game in a close one decided in the last few minutes

I bet we go down by 24 or so and then get within 10 by the end of the game - just enough to basically accomplish nothing but enough to give us all "something to look forward to".

In other words, we lose. Again.

Well……. (Deep)

It all starts on the oline. They are young, not as young as SMU but all the same. We had one go in the fourth, and others graduated.

Kevin Smith was a special guy he’s starting for Detroit. The backs are freshman. Last years QB was not great but he fit into the offense, he graduated. I think that explains the offensive output.

The defense is actually very good. However UTEP has a 12’ 9â€

I will never predict an SMU win against a Div. 1-A opponent (not even N. Texas) until SMU shows me it can win against a Div. 1-A opponent. As a long time fan, I actually expect SMU to lose every game. While I am optimistic with JJ as coach, I will believe it when I see it.

You've got to think that loss to UTEP will wake UCF up and not allow one of if not the worst team in America to go into their stadium and beat them. We played a good second half against Tulane, but don't that cloud the fact that we are just severely outmatched by Div.1A opponents right now. Too many freshmen, too many drops, too little defense.

We play perfect (no turnovers, less than 3 penalties and no blown coverages) and we have a chance. We play our usual, then it is blow out city.

I think we have a real chance here, specially after Feds pass the Financial, bailout to banks... or Obama Bin Ladin captured in Aghan mountains by blackhawk helicopters

If Cf plays anything like last week we definately have a chance. I think we have a chance regardless.
