"On Monday, some of the team's veteran players made it clear they know the difference between teams such as SMU and Massachusetts, - their last two non-conference opponents - and Kansas State and Nebraska, their first two on the conference schedule.
'The speed of the game completely changes,'' Ratliff said. "It's like going from high school to college again. Everybody's faster. Everybody's bigger. The intensity's much higher.'"
