Tulsa fans

Pretty strange that they have the #1 scoring offense in the country, and couldn't fill that 26,000? seat stadium. Not to mention, they were scoring left and right, and the place was almost empty, with 5 minutes left in the game.

Stallion wrote:did anybody notice that Tulsa had about 380 rushing out of about 595 yards Total Offense-that's a heck of a lot in that offense. They were using that Hog Wild Offense where the RB gets a direct snap to great advantage last nite. Another little tidbit, Tulsa hasn't beaten SMU in Dallas since something like 1992 which should drive the crowd. Another interesting tidbit-Tulsa has scored 56+ points four games in a row-I doubt that any team has ever done that in NCAA History.

Malzahn calls that the "Wildcat" and the player taking the snaps was actually our third string QB/ starting receiver AJ Whitmore. We will run a similar play with second string QB Jake Bower at times. Last year we had a linebacker, Chris Chamberlain, play some QB.

Examples please?
