Scoreboard Score Updates

Who is in charge of the score updates on the scoreboard? Today, we saw Colorado beating Kansas State AND losing to #14 Utah (not Colorado State - it said Colorado). Meanwhile, A&M lost to BOTH Tech and Miami (FL).

I noticed that too. And 10 minutes into the game, they posted that Texas beat Missour 45-31....NOT TOP 25!!!
