Right now I am much more worried about the 77 that Navy hung on NTSU last year.

On a bright note we have a better recruiting class than UCF this year.

There is so much material in that little sentence but can't go there.

SMU's D the last two weeks has been pretty good considering Tulsa and Houston have two of hte best offenses in the country. Statistically, SMU held them far below their averages. And it isn't as if they had big leads early and let up-they needed every score.

Defense still has lots of room for improvement.

SMU held Tulsa to its lowest point total of the season at 37. Thanks in large part to a couple big INTs (one of which was in the endzone).
